Soccer Season Begins

Book of the month

I've been enjoying a book that I've had for years, but just recently pulled from my massive bookshelf! The title is Not Quite Burned Out: But Crispy Around the Edges The author of this book is Sharon Draper who was a teacher of the year in 1997. I have several of her books, but this one is very pertanant to my life right now! Let me know if you would like to borrow the book! I'll send it through county mail to any of my teacher friends! (after I finish it, of course :-)

Our new toy

Our outdoor adventures have just begun! After a great deal of research and shopping around, we found the perfect RV for us. We'll be enjoying many a long weekend camping with this baby.

Preplanning OVER

We made it through preplanning! Thank you Melissa for taking such great care of the kids this week. I've been on overload since Angel has been out of town during this very stressful time of year. The up side of this situation is that since I'm looping up with my class, all the stress and worry about my class is nonexistant! We didn't do sneak a peek. Instead, we all met at Jumpits and had a wonderful time together. I had a parent meeting while the kids played! All of my volunteer positions have been filled. We will have an amazing year.
If you can think of any fun or interesting ideas for my looping class, please share.
